Payment and Shipping

Payment methods:

The processing and subsequent dispatch of orders will be carried out after receiving and identifying the payment.

Portalhípico.com has four options to pay for your purchase:

-Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD (By secure payment REDSYS - Caja Rural).

-Stripe: Secure secure payment platform.

-PayPal: PayPal balance or card charge.


-Bank transfer or deposit at the window (Caja Rural Group).

If you choose this method, you will receive an email with the bank account and other information necessary to make the payment. Please note that transfers usually take 1-2 business days to be reflected. If you want to speed up the shipping process, send us proof of payment to customers @portalhípico.com

Shipments:

- The shipment will be made through different courier agencies. Prices, times and shipping agencies depend on the destination, volume and total weight of the order. You can check the actual value of the shipping costs by entering the address on the page prior to checkout.

- Portalhípico.com makes its deliveries in all countries belonging to the European economic community.

-Delivery times start counting once the payment is received by card, paypal or once the payment is collated if the chosen payment method is bank transfer.

- Shipping times do not include weekends or local or national holidays.

- If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer, orders sent by courier are automatically returned. In that case we are responsible for the time that this return may last or the cost of the second shipment. Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible.


- By confirming these PURCHASE TERMS, the customer agrees to pay second freight in cases of returns for incomplete addresses, not completed or for shipments not claimed in time.

- PLEASE put the address where you will receive the order since, if you change that address when talking to the carrier, an additional cost of transport will be passed on, which will be borne by the customer.
